Anyone of any age or level of fitness can benefit from a yoga practice, and private sessions are ideal in creating a powerful, safe and satisfying practice. I will assist you in connecting with your body and finding your own exploration of yoga. Private Sessions are available in your home or at Sangha Space.
Yoga – We develop a practice designed just for you based on your needs and goals that may include breathing techniques, postures, flowing movements, hands on assistance and detailed alignment instruction.
Meditation - We develop a meditation practice just for you that helps you find whatever way "in" works for your unique situation. It may include breathing techniques, sensory experiences, guided movement or walking, music, chanting, restorative yoga postures, seated or supine guided visualization, mind focusing techniques, etc.
Private Yoga and Tea Ceremony – This practice is intended to cultivate a meditative, stress-relieving space where you can better access your inner teacher. 60 minutes of yoga movement instruction concludes with a tea ceremony and a conversation that supports you as you develop a regular yoga practice.
